Newcastle need to be looking for the next Falcao
and Chicarito's a natural goalscorer that seems to be in the right place at the right time. But with Graham Carr I feel confident when it comes to find talent.

Can see this being a total letdown summer transfer window. We will get mostly free transfer and cheap lower lge players. I watched Graham (Watford) when he played for Carlisle. Definately not a prem player! {Ed001's Note - to be fair he has come on in leaps and bounds since then! I would never have believed it was the same player I was watching if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.}

Liverpool are rumoured to be buying several of our players, surprise, surprise and guess what they are doing it with borrowed money against the club balance sheet just like we used to do in Freddie Sheppards day rather be us pay as you go particularly when FIFA new rules start

Afraid newcastle are going to lose Barton, Enrique and Nolan to Liverpool and probably Everton. If our fans think we are going to hang on to those players think again. Pardew is not happy about it but out of his hands. Only 15 million for him to spend over the summer and who will want to sign for the toon when our best players are leaving to better themselves.
afraid a religation battle looms for next season. Oh for a chairman and owner like Quinn and Short fed up soon to be ex season ticket holder

keep to your own daft mackem page man
mr wonderful quinn and short acheivement this season is to be below us
nolan has stated he is staying , barton will follow and pards is happy with his funds
just remember your place which for the majority of the last ten years has been below us

If you're after Snoddy/Gradel can we have Smudger back in exchange??? He's better off with us than Rangers, despite the takeover. .

Do worry about the physical side of premier league, that's why tough midfielders like Barton, Nolan andTiote are wanted by so many clubs.Players like Graham and Snodgrass can hack with the best and are built to last whereas Ireland, Gervinho and sadly Ben Arfa, all very talented but fragile and injury prone, its a difficult balance to achieve.Teams like Stoke, Everton, Fulham and even Man City are built on physicality and grind out results. We like to entertain but the reality and the bank balance probably won't allow us that luxury

Ben Arfa injury prone we havn't had the chance too see if he is injury prone and it's not as if he has been out for the season with groin and thigh strains or hamstring his leg was BROKEN! ! !

Why are all you fans getting excited about the prospect of signing Danny Graham and Shane Long.

They are Championship players and surely we should be setting our sights higher than this????

Few things that are likely to happen in the summer. .

- stephen ireland will not be offered a contract as he seems to be too injury prone.

- liverpool to offer 5million for joey barton

- newcastle to bid for ireland striker shane long . Everton and celtic also showing interest

Barton is an Everton supporter and once forced a journalist to call him an Evertonian rather than a Liverpudlian when talking about his home city. I really can't see that lad going there haha.

Kevin Nolan has said he will sign a new contract by next week or the week after so Joey Barton will see this and sign a new contract also after saying he wants too see Newcastle keep their best players but I doubt there will be a new deal for Jose Enrique it is being claimed that Konchesky could be on his way to us as part of deal(I pray for this to be just a rumour) but although he does not fit into blueprint Pardew has worked with him before.

Grow up son. . Your wind up is as transparent as glass. Go back to supporting Sunderland and worry about us when you face us next season.
