There was an article in the papers earlier about how this person bumped into ashley by a pub. He had a chat with him and the guy asked "can I ask you about alan pardew's future?" In which ashley replied "if we lose on Monday night, that's it. He's gone. " Later a source close to ashley said it was just "banter"

On that score we all wish Pardew well
& his future will be decided when Ashley panics.

Is it coincidence that 70+m from TV & Sponsors has never been mentioned or spent at NUFC

Its so the tax man doesn't find out Mike Ashley has taken the money for himself.
he has it stashed under his bed, every night he and his wife roll around in the money naked laughing at Newcastle fans!
Or it could just be that as a private company the don't have to disclose financials to the public. His investments have to be made public in public companies.
Maybe that 70 m has been used to pay off some of the debt the club owes Ashley.

I love how vivek explains that ashley allegedly stopped him from recording the conversation so he took out a pn and paper. As much as Ashley gets on my t!ts He does seem to have a wicked sense of humour. unfortunately we seem to always bear the brunt.

When you have the taunting life Ashley has had Wicked sense of humour is the only thing you can fight with
Problem is his tormentors are long gone so it is anyone who is in the firing line
but it may be he uses as you say wicked sense of humour on the wrong person who then plants him I know a few that have been close.
