There are a few young player that we need to have a look at:Ezekiel Fryers man utd 19 lb/cb,Philippe coutinho inter milan 19 acm,Virgil van dijk Fc Groningen 19 cb,Adam Maher az alkmaar 18 acm,John Guidetti man city 19 st,Mikel Escudero Athletic bilbao 16 st,sergio ribeiro Porto 16 .

We need to now start looking at player that are coming to 18 year old in North,South and central America and also the whole of europe,Asia and Africa and do newcastle have feeder club because i think the club need to do that as well.

Only local clubs like gateshead

I think it's better to use the local clubs.
at least the players get experience in a physical league plus they are never too far away from head quarters so the coaches and managers can easily keep an eye on them.

I agree, picking players up from Spain ect, they don't know how to put in a tackle, watching league football it's pretty rough.

Why does everyone want Simpson to leave?
He's been statistically the best right back in the league this season, and as consistent as anyone.
Fair enough if were playing european football next season we may want someone better to start at right back, but he is without doubt a good squad player.

All this is irrelevant if he is refusing to sign a new contract due to money of course, if thats so get him out.

Nufc are making a stance on paying players realistic wages , to do with sell on , what they are worth in conjunction what they can earn. . If ds is refusing latest offer because he thinks he is worth more , his choice , but whatever club has offered its prob to much , yes he could earn more elsewhere , but it will be a lesser club , he is at the biggest club he can be , enjoy it , or play for more elsewhere ! Done well but not great . Cleared 4 or 5 off line , does not make him think he can earn 50 grand plus . Stick to your guns ma. Hopefully other clubs will follow example.

How man players have left as they think they are worth more or want to go to a bigger team and once they left thats it there career stalls.....nzogbia,bassong,distin,beye, given etc where are they all now to name a few....

sports direct chavs talking bout villa getting relagated we'll see you when your bubble bursts and you win nothing again as for the last 60 years.

May I just point out, I haven't seen us linked with any top players, previously when we signed "top players" it got us relegated and we now have a scouting network to not have to spend stupid amounts of money like other clubs to perform on the pitch.
I dont know what team you support but I would like to bet at some point this season we will have our will beat you and your team will have cost far more than ours.

To the original poster (if it's not the same person/fool) who's talking about signing world class players? We've already done that - Tiote, Cabaye, Cisse, Benny and Ba, Santon will be too soon. We aren't looking for big name players we only need one or two for the first team (hopefully Carr and co will keep showing up the 'big' clubs scouting networks) and a couple more to strengthen the squad for Europe.

The chronicle is comparing the Toon side from 96/97. For me that side is still the best, only because it is the team that was playing when I was younger… however this team is the best team since then.

I was thinking Batty, but I went with Tiote. Batty is a legend, but Titoe is a beast.

Also, thought about Lee too, but cabaye is class.

Toyed with Robert over Ginola, but Ginola was just too good...
Also, Albert in defence, but Taylor and colo are worlds away from the player who used to play as a striker for Belgium and a defender for us.

Strikers, would not change them... usless Cisse becomes a master of prem.
