Players who will definitely be leaving this summer:
Fabricio Coloccini (Personal problems)
Loic Remy (Will join a CL team)
Shola Ameobi (Contract ends)
Dan Gosling (Contract ends)
Jonas Gutierrez (Not good enough)
Gabby Obertan (Not good enough)
Romain Amalfitano (Not good enough)
Sylvain Marveaux (Lazy, obviously fell out with pardew)

Players who might be leaving in the summer:
Luuk De Jong (Won't buy him, hasn't scored any goals yet)
Papiss Cisse (Seems to have been pardewed, not pardew's type of player)
Hatem Ben Arfa (Been pardewed)
Davide Santon (Been pardewed, should be played on the wing)
James Tavernier (contract runs out if we don't renew it?)
Mehdi Abeid (He's been decent in greece, hopefully we keep him)
Shane Ferguson (Not strong enough for the PL)

So that leaves us with this squad:
GK's: Tim Krul, Rob Elliot, Jak Alnwick
RB's: Mathieu Debuchy, Tavernier
CB's: M'Biwa, Taylor, Williamson
LB's: Haidara, Dummett
CM's: Tiote, Anita, Bigirimana, Sissoko, Abeid
RM's: Sissoko
LM's: Sammy Ameobi, Yoann Gouffran
AM's: Vuckic, Gouffran, Sissoko
ST's: Campbell, Armstrong, Gouffran

So in the summer we definitely need:
1 centre back
1 right back (If tavernier leaves)
3 wingers (at least 1 left footer)
2 creatie midfielders
2 strikers

So if pardew stays (probably will) then we need grafters and players who will work for the team. obviously our play comes through the main catalyst of the team who would be the centre attacking mid like cabaye was in the 4-2-3-1, so someone like cabella would do.

But I fear the worst this summer under ashley. I just hope he sells up.

Rubbish Romain Amalfitano (Not good enough) is scoring regularly in Greece & yes they have teams in the Champions league
Ashley will keep under average players as they cost nothing

Amalfitano hasn't scored one single goal for Dijon and plus they are in france not greece.

Tavernier still has 2 years on contract?

Just reading the above note on players it leaves and made me wonder, after seeing him sat on the bench during the villa game (not as a sub I know) does anyone know what is happening with ryan taylor. or have we all forgotten him. i'm not saying he is the answer to anything but dependent on what damage the injury has done I have always liked him as a utility player who will play rb or rm. plus one thing the injury hopefully hasn't affected is his ability to deliver crosses and free kicks.

JToon & that is why Amalfitano is not scoring in Greece just seeing if you are trying to keep on your toes and contiune comments on your bible this Newcastle Banter site.

Santon is a decent player, he's injured not dropped. However I heard last week that vuckic and tavernier scored, we have got to keep these!
