Chelsea v Bayern in the final, if Chelsea win and steal Champions League football from us (provided we finish 4th) it would be a huge injustice. We've earned Champions League, used a budget smaller than Torres, played out of our skins and completely outdone some of the big boys like Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham. Come on Bayern!

At the end of the day mate, i agree with this , but i don't as Chelsea against all the odds have got to the final. If they win good on them for it, but Buyern at home tough game for any team. we shall see Adstatoon.

This is all because Liverpool spat the dummy out when they won the final and finished outside top four. They were allowed to defend it but after that the rules got changed so in future the fourth placed team would drop out of cl place. {Ed001's Note - not true, perhaps if you had bothered to find out the truth, you would know that the reigning champions had an automatic entry into the group stages. The problem was that the FA saw a loophole that enabled them to get a 5th team into that year's comp and refused to back down. Now perhaps you should apologise for your foul mouthed abuse of the wrong people. In future I won't edit it out, simply ban you for good.}

Is Dominique Malonga a possible target for us? French born player currently with relegated Serie A side Cesena. 23, with a possible cut price deal for the striker.

Assuming we finish in fourth place, yes. we'll qualify for the europa league.
not sure what will happen to the place awarded to the fa cup winner though.

Hi ed is it true if Chelsea win the champion league and Newcastle finish 4th that Chelsea get the last champion league place not Newcastle . {Ed003's Note - Yes,so the race is on for 3rd just to make sure}

Arsenal fan hear,also if chelsea win as far as i am aware 3rd place then has to go through a qualifying round instead of 4th.and its not like it used to be when you played an obscure club from somewhere like darkest romania,it will be 4th placed finishers of france,spain,italy,holland,germany ect.ect.some of my friends are cfc and i was rooting for them last night,but because of the stuation now i certainly wont be in the final.goodluck on your quest for a cl spot may the best team win

The BPL website have an article detailing the possible scenarios of who can qualify for Europe and it says that if Chelsea win the UCL and finish 4th, all BPL teams go into the group stage.
