Most likely to old for Pardew to sign. He's 27 meaning it's unlikely.

HALF PRICE season tickets lol 4th in the league and can't sell out,mickey mouse club,newcastle are the new cinderella team of the north east.Tenner a match your smaller than wigan now cheapest tickets in the league even hartlepool charge more lol.Don't mension that you sell out home games because we know why.Before it was because you were on 3 year season tickets now its because you can go to the match for what it costs to buy a bovril and a pie at sunderland.

Boro fan here and I know we have unloyal fans etc fair weather supporters but guys newcastle have nothing but an average support,you are not what you claim to be nothing special.Yes you get 50k now and again but over the last 20 years you have been spoilt with top players etc(won nowt lol)if you had Boro or Sunderlands last 20 year history I would love to see your special support then,all 20 k of it.

Every premiership team should do this,there should be a cap on ticket prices in the current climate.Football was a working class sport and ticket prices should reflect this.Tenner a match and twenty for top teams like united,city chelsea etc.

You Newcastle fans are the first to laugh at other clubs ie sunderland when they do ticket deals but your no different,YOU can not sell out without cheap tickets,free tickets deals either.

Tell you what, you can't compare us to sunderland cause lets face it, we are 4th, tied with chelsea, and 1 point behind manu, and it's bulls**t that we've had 'easy fixtures' Tottenham game we should have won, and the wigan game showed the dermination that Pardew has instilled. I can assure you Sunderland are not jealous of Newcastle sorry but no way,certainly not in terms of football but yeah gateshead has had some nice regeneration work done over the last ten or so years and we are awaiting our new bridge and vaux site etc but i wouldnt call it jealousy as im proud of the northeast as a region.

What does everyone think about the striker situation at the moment - Do we still need someone/is it the priority?! I think we need decent CB/FB cover first of all, and maybe another holding/defensive MF as backup for when Cabaye/Tiote start serving suspensions.

With 5 strikers already on the books I would expect 2 of them to be on the way out before we look at bringing someone in, as I think we will move to a single out and out striker playing off an attacking MF eventually, so we will be to heavy on bodies.

A Striker is still needed, we will loss Ba to the African Cup and could loss anyone to injury (fingers crossed we don't). But I agree we do need cover in other parts of the pitch, most notably in defence (CB and FB). I do believe the time to move to a one striker system with an attacking player just in behind him is now! Start 9 of the same players as this week, but bring on Marveaux and Ben Arfa. And then you can start to introduce Stanton as a sub, because you wont be wasting substitutions on Obertan and Best.

I agree kinda with this, i would love to see Ba up front alone with Ben Arfa playing the link up play, marvuex on the right, and jonas on the left....

We defo need a striker Best is an ok squad player, Ameobi the same Lovenkrans rubbish. we need cover for CB and a good RB and bring on Santon now(he is good enough) what happened to blooding youngsters I see we had Smith on the bench (why)

Cos he cant get a bloody game not even in the resevers and the carling cup!
