BENT? WHY is everybody hell bent on getting bent. I've benttting ad enough enough of him already. I Think PEA is coming because its all quiet on that front,

Agree0 Disagree0

We should be clobbering Sunderland home and away.

Look at the difference in the squads.

Only Fletcher from their side would get in our team.

Sess maybe depending on your preference.

Sess had a bad season last term, Marveaux is better in my estimation, and he struggles to get in our team.

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with 3rd post!

Mignolet is easily a better keeper than krul. Mignolet is suspect on crosses but his shot stopping is so much better than krul's. Why do you you think he was the north easts player of the year

Agree0 Disagree0

Mignolet is not better than Krul. Regardless he is off to Liverpool anyway.

Agree0 Disagree0

Miggy better than Krul but just

Agree0 Disagree0

Krul better than Migs but just.

Agree0 Disagree0

God sake we nearly got relegated, are our players that good? not many offers from bigger clubs fliyng around, they signing from other clubs

Did JK call ameobi by the strange name when he was manager last time?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

You might be thinking of 'Charles Insomnia'

Agree0 Disagree0

In his recent interview he called ameobi something like amamobi. He mustn't mind if he called him that a few years ago

from a Newcastle fan zine

Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio has reportedly made it clear that former captain Lee Cattermole can leave the Stadium of Light this summer. and Joe Kinnear could take him to NEWCASTLE!

fKinnear has long been a fan of the tough-tackling midfielder, with the former Wimbledon boss once championing the former Smog-monster to get an England call up.

The only problem to Kinnear is the player's recent injury problems, and it must be a major concern to Di Canio too, who seemed keen on keeping him at the Stadium of s****.

Something has obviously changed his mind.

The 25-year-old endured a season blighted by injury before Di Canio took charge in April, making just 14 appearances in all competitions.

Di Canio is in the midst of a complete squad overhaul on Wearside and does not view Cattermole as part of his future plans, according to The Mirror.

Cattermole joined the club for a fee of £6m in 2009 and was intent on fighting for his Sunderland future last month, putting off a holiday to focus on rehabilatation from knee surgery.

That commitment has not thought to have changed Di Canio's mind, with the Italian actively searching for new central midfield options in the close season.

But Cattermole is arguably the No 1 hate figure of the Geordie faithful. and this move could be one step too far for Kinnear

Dont think so some how, even he's not that stupid

Dunno like?

I'm not looking forward to this season at all the circus continues as Ashley has just took one big swipe by appointing joe kinnear as director of football. Although pardew didn't have the best of seasons last year I sympathise with him we are still in premier with a couple of good signings including a striker I think pardew would have got us back in top ten. With kinnear been installed I see this as a hindrance to pardew they will clash and neither strike me as people to walk away. I would of preferred Ashley to sack pardew and get another decent manager in like laudrup or Neil Lennon but pardew will probably leave and we will be stuck with joe kinnear this will end in catastraphy

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Kinnear will be the next manager as ashley is forcing pardew to walk to save paying him off

HI I think you have got it wrong about the way Ashley runs the club just because he doesn't run it the way we want. he is a business man and has made an absolute fortune. he must be doing something right. as for the appointment of Joe Kinnear. not everybody's cup of tea but does like to win. I honestly think Ashley will come up with some good signings. and spend a bit and calm this situation down. as for shearers rant about kinnears appointment he's gutted about name change of shearers bar. just let's remember when we all wanted him as manager. he took us down. remember we wanted him as manager. and Ashley listened maybe that's why he won't listen any more. and before you say he didn't have many games to save us. he had enough. respect to all you toon fans out there let's get behind them again. and crush the scum

If your happy with that good for you
Proves fans will accept anything and for sure Newcastle are run as a 2nd tier club with no chance of winning anything
Great ownership STOP making excuses for this úseless owner

Agree0 Disagree0

All load of hear say and wishful thinking. Ashley has ran our club like one of his store and by doing that has made us a laughing stock. He seems to thrive on controversy and upsetting the apple cart when it look like we actually were starting to get some sort of stability at the club. Kinnear is a clown, his radio interview showed that.

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't get my head around changing the bar name why a german bar?

Agree0 Disagree0

Crush the? the only crushing you lot will be doing is each other trying to get out early

Agree0 Disagree0

Sunderland fans have a lot of experience of leaving games early don't you?

Agree0 Disagree0

Toonmad you're well named or are on ashleys payroll, alan shearer loves our club and wants the best for it unlike the cockney wide boys, who seem to be happy at creating embarrassment and ridicule for us fans, ASHLEY OUT asap.

I heard on a reliable site this morning that we will only make 2 signings this summer, James Tomkins (CB), Darren Bent (ST)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Happy days Del Boy maybe chuck Rodders on for the last 20 mins! RAW 74

Agree0 Disagree0

There's no such thing as a reliable site. Nobody, NOBODY knows what goes through Ashley's head. Just wait and see. Rumours about 2signings or 3 started before Joke in Here came, and who predicted that?
