Who would fans of preferred for a winger out of scott sinclair or Tom Ince?

NUFC4L1FE

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Ince is 4 years younger, more potential

Agree0 Disagree0

Sinclair for me. Sinclair looks faster and would be coming from Man City, a club where he has trained under the best managers/players in the world. He is primed to go.

From what I have seen of Ince he lacks end product. I also have doubts if Ince has enough presence about him to step up to Premier League level.

You are comparing a player that was wanted at Chelsea and Man City against a rookie who has the odd good game in the championship.

I'm sick, I really am. The club should have an idea before the end of the season who their targets are, ready to make bids. Why? So that you can get them in for pre-season and integrate them into the team. We should not have 11 days left of the window still without a signing, especially with a squad as weak as ours. I respect the fans staying optimistic but I just can't feel it, especially with all other clubs active and strengthening. Sorry for the negativity. Rant over.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I read PEA's agent talking about how he had set up a deal between PEA and Dortmund last Xmas time.

Makes you wonder if he was ever realistically available.

I wanna see Honda come in. Would be awesome

Believable0 Unbelievable0

As much as I agree I think he's going to milan

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that a civic or jazz?

Official nufc will only buy if cabaye is sold for 17 mil plus they think the team is good enough to compete this season

Believable0 Unbelievable0

They said that last summer too. Now how did that work out for us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Top 5 according to arfa gadge lol deluded as u lot ain't he, only reason he be top 5 is if he signs for spurs and that won't happen because he's crap

Agree0 Disagree0

Shows how stupid they all are then doesn't it?
Also begs the question - if we didn't need players why was Kinnear brought in - tea boy?

Agree0 Disagree0

SMB Ben arfa is better than every single Sunderland player, well most of our players are anyway. Just shows how confident and positive he is

Agree0 Disagree0

He's quite obviously a spurs fan not a mackem, considering he mentions spurs in the post and also talks like the artful dodger!

Scott Sinclair to have a medical at West Brom ahead of a loan deal. Why Haven't we went in for him?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Wages .

Agree0 Disagree0

We haven't gone for him or anyone else for that matter and nor will we. Ashley has no interest in buying players. He only wishes to sell and rake in the profit.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd prefer tom ince to be honest, a lot more potential

Agree0 Disagree0

Because you have a joke of a scout a joke of a director a joke of a chairman and a joke of a manager that's why

Agree0 Disagree0

Wouldnt say graham carr was a joke you dirty mackem

Agree0 Disagree0

Ince has been linked to spurs.

Agree0 Disagree0

There is nothing wrong with our scouts

Agree0 Disagree0

The scout ain't a joke but the rest you have spot on even. Not often you agree with a mackem but in this case I do.

Agree0 Disagree0

At least we don't have a joke of a team!

Agree0 Disagree0

PSG website states they have offered 23.5mill euro for cabay? jokinhere and pardew in paris

Agree0 Disagree0

West Brom must be a bigger team if they can afford him and you cant.

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually carr's pretty reasonable it's only the rest of them that are jokes.

Agree0 Disagree0

Graham carr has found gem after gem.

Sunderland must have paid near 10 million Graham & N'Diaye. Where are they now?

PDC has got 10 players in, and Sunderland still look short all over the pitch lol. What a debacle.

Yeah, while Sunderland were picking up Wes Brown for 70k a week, Graham Carr was finding players like Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Sissoko, Santon etc.

Agree0 Disagree0

Have you got scouts? I thought Joke was doing all your scouting now.

Agree0 Disagree0

Mackem troll alert! There's nothing of the like on the PSG website. Vic

Newcastle will not sign anyone in this transfer window we will sell Cabaye for 18million and we will have a very similar season to the last one how can we hope to improve and progress when we havnt strengthend while every one else in the bottom half have i'm aware transfer window isn't closed yet but it doesn't look good does it and i'm sorry for being negative but i'm going to give it as it is the season will be full of a lot of lows and very little highs.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Totally agree mate to many Frenchmen need a bit more English passion

Anyone else worried about our club losing its identity? Buying more French players, we have more french players than most french clubs!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What exactly is the club's identity?

Agree0 Disagree0

Small insignificant subsidiary to Sports Direct.

Stuff the French market and look closer to home.
Will Hughes £6m
Tom Ince £8m
James McArthy £10m
Jay Rodriguez £8m

Net outlay of £12m if we get £20m for Cabaye even less if you take into account the other sales from the club.

Adding more Frenchman will hinder not help.

SpireToon

Believable0 Unbelievable0

McArthy and Rodriguez aren't worth that much.

But Will Hughes is worth more than 6mil. Ince could be a good buy for 8mil.

Need to sign Alderwield as is available at a great price. Then play a back 4 of.
Mbiwa - Alderwield - Colo - Santon
That look a strong defence to me.

Midfield is the main problem. Cabeye is the only midfielder good enough at the moment. The rest just foul and give the ball away.

Cisse, Remy, Ben Arfa and Gouffran all would do the business up front and on the wing if the midfield could pass and give them the ball in better positions.

Still would like a left winger with a good left foot.

Can I ask one question to you all? You stated that Fat Mike has all the club's money, does he not own the club so if you want to pick the bones out of it the money is fat Mike's anyway to do with it as he pleases! Many of football club owners have buckets of cash and do not spend it on players, just ask Sheffield United fans their owner is a life long blade and does not spend any dosh and has billions! That's life I am afraid nower days!

Gus Poyet 4/7 to be the next Toon manager. There must be something going on, especially since Ashley doesn't appear to be backing Pardew in the current transfer window.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Pardew said judge us on the next 2 games. It sounds to me like he has 2 more games to save his job, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

He needs a performance against West Ham, not a lucky win scraping past West Ham where we spend the last 20 minds parking the bus.

I kept my faith in Pardew and have not complained, but at this point you can only take so much, he has one more game as far as I am concerned. No performance against West Ham and there is no going back.

Agree0 Disagree0

But it's got nothing to do with pardew who we buy. That's Kinears and Carr's job. So unless them two are also going that means nothing

Agree0 Disagree0

Get Poyet in. He will bring his clown mate Wise back and we are all complete for the big top. Guess what though. There will still be 52,000 fans there on Saturday. We only have ourselves to blame.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pardew has little or no say on the signings so not backing him makes little sense. Carr and more Kinnear are pulling the strings. It will be the same for the next manager.

Agree0 Disagree0

Any ideas as to what our tactics may look like this season?. R we going to go wit 3 in central mid wit the likes of Remy and Benni out wide or go for 2 up front trying to forge a partnership between Cisse and Remy or Gouffran?

Agree0 Disagree0

The problem waiting to see outcome of next two games - it will be too late for any new players which is what the team needs, whoever is manager

Agree0 Disagree0

i keep hearing carlton cole again (please no) and another possible target in victor anichebe from everton, anichebe would be available at around 4 mil. he's a handful but goals he doesn't get enough. He wouldn't be knocked off the ball as much as cisse though! I wouldn't mind faurlin from qpr to strengthen our mid and a cheeky bid for hangelaand from fulham to shore up defensive
whats everyones thoughts?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

We may as well buy big lumpish players if Pardew is going to be manager for the next few years. If we are going to play bad football we may as well pack the team with players that can play that way.

Currently we are buying Arsenal style players and playing a Tony Pulis style philosophy. It just does not make any sense.

Agree0 Disagree0

U r the only person who is. r u actually Mr Cole

Agree0 Disagree0

Cole is all you can hope for, all the other "targets" are all lies, but I doubt u would even get Cole, never mind strikers u need defenders and lots of them!

Agree0 Disagree0

The DC I wuda liked to see us sign has already moved and that's Lovren, the guy now at Southampton. Also Aspas is a aplyer wit guile that I wuda liked see at our club. bt I mayb proved wrong xD. Players such as Cole r not a step in the right direction but as previous supporters have posted, it doesn't really matter who we sign if the tactics, balance and commitment aren't there.

No hope United
A fumbling Old man and a Grinch owner
ensure this club will be telegation favourites
in the next 3 weeks with no hope of
Escaping another pathetic season

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Pardew can b so frustrating. We have enough to deal with with the backroom structure of the club. Why do we buy players and either not play them (Jonas gets in ahead of Anita) or play em out of position (Cisse and Sissoko being used on the right side of midfield) Just get some cohesion as we do have a top 10 team if not a bit thin in places

Any one clear this up for me?

£60m TV deal
£20m for Cabaye

That's 80 million to spend on a new team, yet all he has spent is 2m on a loan deal.

Joe Kinnears only job is to buy and sell players, yet he's done neither!

Newcastle are the only club to not buy a single player, with lower clubs like Crystal Palace, Swansea, Southampton spending a lot of money of quality players.

My question is, what is Ashley doing with the clubs money, especially when is company Sports Direct made unbelievable profits last year!

- Uni Dan

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The 60 million is not sitting in the coffers, the club do have costs. At a guess there is maybe around 15 to 20 million to spend. And that comes with strings attached.

Cabaye may not even be sold.

As we all know, Ashley will not sell unless he gets a big offer.

Agree0 Disagree0

Also need to add to that equation, the players they have allowed to leave too!

Agree0 Disagree0

Since Ashley took over he has made approx £20 million in profit from buying and selling players. Add to all the other revenue we generate there is a lot more than £20 million to spend. How do you explain the money Norwich, Southampton, the unwashed etc are spending?

Agree0 Disagree0

The £60m is not paid up front, it's over the length of the tv contract.
so other clubs are spending what they haven't got. a risk - but likely to pay off with the quality being bought. we're risking not spending money and staying up. a big gamble.
also we do not pay for players in installments, only up front. so we have to have hard cash in the bacnk to do so.
but please also remember. we do have a large debt which we are not reducing on.

Why are we not looking at players in Spain? Apart from narcs and real most other teams are broke. Just watching narcs and ath Madrid what a shift Arda TUram put in would be ideal on left for us. Heard Liverpool and spurs were interested in him. If we sell cabaye could use that money to get him. Ideally do a deal with PSG and get SAkho as part of deal. struggling to think of a striker left it to late I think

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Turan does look very good, far too good for us. Very creative. Would be a great buy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Keegan was close to buying him. hence why he agreed to sell Milner. only fot not so wise to open his chops. the rest is a repeating history

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are we only buying players from France. If cabaye goes hopefully to Psg (not arsenal or prem lge) 15 mil plus sakho. With the 15 mil buy thauvan or wiljundham and Siem de Jong ( I know he's injured but should be fit in 4 -6 weeks). Pay the 8 mil for gomis and we will much more attacking threat. My team 4-2-3-1: Krul, m'biia, sakho, colo, santon, sissoko, tiote, Ben arfa, de Jong, thauvan or Wiljunham and remy up front. Squad players : elliot, debouchy, Taylor, Williamson, drumett, Anita, gosling, Gutierrez, goufran, cisse. and gomis.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Totally agree with your choice of defence with Mbiwa on the right.

But Sissoko and Tiote are not good enough in possession of the ball.

But do think the 4-2-3-1 formation is the best formation to play away from home, then a simple 4-4-2 when at home.

Agree0 Disagree0

You complain about buying players from France then suggest signing 3 Frenchmen?
