we need to sell tiote get the best price we can only costing us games. my friend had a bet the he be sent off at 4/1 a joke by... need midfirlder that creates goals and not getting booked every match..

Anyone who says that Tiote should be sold clearly have very short memories. I'm not gonna deny that he can be a liability at times because he often gets carded and he needs to work on his discipline. He let the team down yesterday because we we would have won the game comfortably if he hadn't. However, selling him is not the answer as when he is on his game, he is one of the best holding midfielders in the game. We would not have been able to enjoy games such as the 3-0 win over Man Utd and the 2-0 win over Liverpool without him as he was so immense at breaking up all their attacking movements. He needs to work on his discipline but selling him is not the answer and any fans who say it is ought to give their heads a shake because we should be supporting our players when they're going through a spell of bad form rather than getting on their backs.

I agree with tajs about tiote ...but the ref gave us nowt yesterday ... iam proud of the lads sunderland did'nt put us under that much pressure ( ok the last 10 mins ) but the lads were knackered...the defence was solid ( fluke goal apart ) also i think they should give simpson a contract be daft to let him go ...anyway proud of them yesterday hwtl ...geordie tom

Agreed. Atkinson had an awful game. Not just because of the red card but he made so many dodgy calls for both sides.

Todays game was a farse ref and lines man terrible but just remember we played with 10 and scored both goals not bad they say we dont like them but the ref does

Blinkers? The official missed the handball in the box, missed the tackle from behind on Ba, seen the karate kicked to the chest on Shola and didn't even book him? Not blinkered, leave that to the poor deluded Sunderlands who can't see relegation is realistic possibility this season.

They looked a poor side today ! Toothless , no crap 11 men easy 3 points , disappointed in them never really tested 10 men . I am cheesed off we never won , even though I understand tactics etc .
