Just a point to make to the mackem jeez or JIZZ whatever he is ( probably she by the sounds of it) I remember a few years ago them UN-washed lot coming on here when they had that spending spree buying brown, oshea, Wickham and all the other planks claiming they were heading for Europe. Never happened and never will. Just the same now

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Exactly the same as you guys coming on the sunderland page in january! Hope agent harford works out for you! Too many chiefs not enough indians may be the order of the day for the you!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why bother mentioning it then especially if your not worried, or is that the thing you really are.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree mate. Sunderland fans have been in this circus before, and they're being cocky again.

Can anyone tell me what is going on bringing mick harford in to work with Kinnear are they trying to ruin the club something needs to be done and quickly

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Jobs for the boys and another Ashley dig at us fans. Even llambis left when he seen it was getting ridiculous.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes, I can. Mike Ashley has realised he has made the biggest mistake in his life, second to taking on all Newcastle United's hidden debt that is by giving Alan pardew an 8 year contract. Now he intends on pissing him off as much as he does the fans so he quits hence no compensation. As long as he is hitting the headlines for whatever reason he doesn't care. He is making money and advertising him main company sports direct

Agree0 Disagree0

Our Director of F. all has convinced Ashley he needs spend little money
and has free range. The fun has only started
F. Kinyerear thinks he is the special one
We are a laughing stock

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks like another season like last year at best.

If we can survive and stay in the premiership again are we to take that as a successful season?

The club is going backwards.

Only well ran organised clubs do well, and we are as far from that as you can be.

Wonga, Kinnear, Harford. What will be next?
1) Cisse sold?
2) Cabeye sold?
3) Ben Arfa sold?
4) No significant signings in?
5) Pardew quits?
6) Ashley changes strip to red & white?
7) Harford takes over as coach with Kinnear in charge of all first team business?
8) Mackems win both derbys?
9) Religation?

Is this what we've got to look forward to?

Agree0 Disagree0

Until supporters stop buying the shirts and merchandise and even stop paying the money to go to the games things are going to keep getting worse and worse.

Ashley is only bothered about money. Doesn't really care about taking the team forward or getting us up the league. He defiantly doesn't care about the supporters. At the moment it's the fans that are keeping the club where it is.

The players don't want to let the fans down, they know what the club means to us. That's what's keeping them trying and us in the premier league.

So we are damned if we do and damned if we don't.

If we stop going to games and buying merchandise the club will suffer more than Ashley. We will end up back in the championship or even worse.

Would that be a bad thing compared to how things are at the moment?

What do we do?

Agree0 Disagree0

Yep -looks like it!

Agree0 Disagree0

Until supporters stop buying the shirts and merchandise - Ok fair enough means that will stop some of MA's income - But don't forget what he gets off Newcastle isn't even close to the money he makes off he sports shops so really this wouldn't effect him
If anything it will take more money away from the club, which in turn takes more money away from the team, puts us in an even worse position than we are already!

Ashley only bothered about money - broken record again. WE ALL KNOW!
Ashley does care where we finish in the league, give your head a shake. The further we are up the league the more money the club wins! Derrrrrr! - Just MA doesn't want to invest in the team!

At the moment its the fans that are keeping the club where it is - Really? So you think it was us that kept us near the relegation zone last year? Please the players, staff, and manager can take all the blame on that front.
IF the board bought players in the Summer then we MIGHT have been in a different position at Christmas.
IF our players stayed fit, and actually tried in the second half of the season then we MIGHT have finished higher!

Look at the above, them players don't care about the club, they don't care about the fans (exception to a few), they only care for themselves and how to progress their career! It's all pound signs and bigger clubs in their eyes. And don't kid yourself for one second saying our players are loyal to the club! THERE IS NO LOYALTY IN FOOTBALL ANYMORE!

End up in the Championship, but sorry clearly this is worse:
1. its a league below - I think that merits a worse league then what we are in! Earn a lot less money!
2. lose the players that we have now! Never get them back again! Can't pay wages! Can't buy new players in!
3. STOP TALKING CRAP! - You clearly know nothing. Or you clearly didn't think any through.

Go to the Championship it will sort us out, apart from take even more money away for us. Take away our players. And so on. (THINK ABOUT IT!)

Stop going to games it will make Ashley suffer. As you said it is OUR club that will suffer more for it! OUR CLUB! I don't care what the board does, or the staff, or which members of staff they choose to bring in! End of the day I love my club! I will support MY TEAM! Even if it is been run by a monkey and he band of baboons!

THE TEAM DOES NOT DESERVE TO SUFFER FOR THE BOARDS MISTAKES! NEITHER SHOULD WE MAKE THEM!

NU -IJB - FC

KEEP THE FAITH - EVEN WHEN IT LOOKS SO GREY!

Agree0 Disagree0

It's amazingly sad and tragic when
blind loyalty overcomes common sense.

There was a few people posting last week saying that JFK wanted a head coach and wanted rid of Pardew, looks like it will happen. The thing is I don't really see a problem with having a DOF, but this is getting rather scary now looks like we will be the new/old Wimbledon from 1990's. I can't see a way out folks, unless Ashley lowers his price for the club

Jimmy1976

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yes we needed a DOF but not kinnear

Quick question.

Are 'any' of the recent Sunderland signings better than Marveaux, a player we got on a free & struggles to get in to our team?

The answer: No!

What you may call some 'perspective'

Believable0 Unbelievable0

My oh my, are these pointless prattlings going to come back to haunt you.
How many signings have come your way?
The jealousy you are showing would make me guess at your age is in the region of 12 - 14?

Agree0 Disagree0

Watch and learn we can dictate to no one at least the mad man from Italy is signing players and at least 4 of these we would welcome at STP

Agree0 Disagree0

Good point. But marveux should be in our first 11 especially ahead of Jonas.

Agree0 Disagree0

Marveux off to greece

Agree0 Disagree0

So an Italian (emanuele giaccherini) who plays in their starting line up which reached the euros final and came 3rd in the confed cup. Is worse than someone who can't even get in your starting line up. Clearly your someone who knows nowt about football.

Agree0 Disagree0

The stuff you come out with Jizz makes you sound a lot younger than that. What is we are actually jealous of? Hope you are not referring to your extremely average signings?

Agree0 Disagree0

No jeez, we're not jealous, we're just trying to make a point that sunderland have been in this circus twice before with o'neill and bruce. When you got johnson and fletcher you were buzzing and were being cocky like you are now, and look what happened. it was the same with bruce as well

Agree0 Disagree0

I disagree I think Diakite is a very good signing especially on a free, Altidore is another good signing and the Italian from Juve is a brilliant signing. I would of been happy if we had signed these three players.

Agree0 Disagree0

The one from juventus is the only one i'd take, and he wouldn't be in my first team. if they were decent players they would of gone to bigger better clubs.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why didn't Ben Arfa, Yanga-M'biwa, Sissoko, Cabaye and Cisse sign for bigger and better clubs than us?
Are they any good?

Agree0 Disagree0

Last post, why do you think if they were any good, they would of gone to bigger better clubs? We are a big club that's why they came! I still can't believe we got a player like Mbiwa!

I think Gomis is worth £7m, but only has one year left on his contract which means he should be worth about £5m. Also we can get a further £2m cheaper in price, but offering the worse player in the Premier League called Gabriel Obertan, which also gets rid of wages

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What you on about let Ashley worry about money
He has 60m from TV money and the only owner not to have spent
Geez get real he needs no tips in how not to spenf

Bent off to Fulham Gomis to Villa

Next week will see where we're are either completely
in the S. T or just sliding

Shola injured which means he is going nowhere

Same format as last season same result NOTHING
fight for survival from day 1

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Where is this report of Gomis going to Villa. Why are you regurgitating what some Mackem pretending to one of says?

Agree0 Disagree0

Gomis will reject villa as he wants to sign for us

Agree0 Disagree0

Hopefully Toony but it is Newcastle who are not a big club anymore

Agree0 Disagree0

Newcastle are still a big club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Newcastle are a big club but they don't act like one so therefore are not.

Stadium awesome, fans awesome, passion awesome.

But big clubs don't have wonga on the shirts, hire pardew, kinnear, Hartford etc. Go half a century without a trophy. Don't have owners laughing at the fans and bleeding the club dry.

Agree0 Disagree0

But big clubs do sign the likes of Shearer, Ginola, etc. That is the point, we WERE a big club just like Leeds were once a big club. Look at them now and possibly see the future for us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Kinnear has made his first signing (Mick Harford). Club said they were after a striker, but a 54 year old one takes the biscuit. However the circus at the club rolls on and let's face it it has been a couple of weeks since we've had a laugh!. Come on Ashley stop this utter nonsense and install some heart back in the fans by putting your hand in your pocket after all you love the accolades of how much profit you're making with your companies so you're not sure of some spare change.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

21 Jul 2013 12:15:55
Mick Hartford coming in to the club. This absolutely stinks! Really fed up now. If they succeed in forcing Pardew out then so will replace him?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

21 Jul 2013 11:26:30
WTF Mick Harford!
Is he our new striker. JFK Joke

Believable0 Unbelievable0

21 Jul 2013 10:57:07
Mick Hartford how macum can you get?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Look like the Shola injury is killing 2 birds with one stone.

It means we will not be going backwards by bringing him on for Gouffran after 60 minutes every game, plus, it is pushing the deal for Gomis over the line.

We all love Shola, but it is time to move on. He could be a titan for a team like Birmingham, but we are shooting for European football and have no time for his unorthodox style.

He was brilliant in the game that we beat Manchester United 3-0, but games like that are too far and few between.

Gomis will be at villa Monday for a medical according to reports. That paves the way for bent to sign for us. I'm getting worried teams around us last season like Aston villa, Sunderland, Swansea, Norwich, Southampton are all getting players in early to bed into the team and signing good players at that aswell. What are we doing? That's right selling squad players like Perch making our squad even smaller while sitting in our bum doing nothing. We have a director of football who is a joke and can't attract good players our only decent forward wanting to leave as he doesn't want to wear our top with wonga in it which btw is an excuse to leave the sinking ship as he was fine with virgin money on his top last seadon. Ben afra and cabye mike ashley wants to sell for profit for his back pocket leaving us with no flair and a manager who plays the same useless 4-2-3-1 formation when we don't have the quality players like Chelsea to make it work. And we will sign top players? Erm no will be past it players on the cheap like Bent and unheard of cheap players. I'm very worried our board room is a joke. If it stays like this I will be happy to stay up next season. Rant over

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Where are these reports about a medical for gomis on Monday at villa? Can't can't find a single thing anywhere.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pardew thought we did well in Portugal when Shola came on and you are worried now
Just wait the fun has not started yet we are supporting a 2nd rate team with a 4th rate if that owner and management

Roll on City 4 weeks 7-0 if we are lucky

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm pretty sure we won't be sitting on our backsides doing nothing. Just because the media don't report it doesn't mean we aren't in any negotiations. 1st of august is when to worry.

Agree0 Disagree0

There is no good news coming at of Newcastle as usual.

No new signings.

Defeat to a mid-table side in friendly.

Another injury to one of our few strikers.

Cisse not aloud to play again.

Harford coming in. (To do what?)

How depressing is it being a Newcastle fan at the moment.

Does anyone have anything good to mention?

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes. I'm having a BBQ today. And my wife is gorgeous.
Is that a good enough mention?
Psycho

Spot on maybe Chelsea and city swapped though

Agree0 Disagree0

The way I feel at the moment, reckon we'll be lucky to finish 17th : (

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol Newcastle fans really are deluded as a sunderland fan I can't wait for the new season and all this predictions of tables at the end of the season is just stupid have you got a crystal ball like?

Agree0 Disagree0

7 points not 7th place

Agree0 Disagree0

Jeez sunderland are the ones who are going to do a qpr, so they should be swapped with villa

Agree0 Disagree0

How can you honestly think we'll finish 7th? 15th at best.

Agree0 Disagree0

I have heard that Hartfords position is that of player / coach.
Pardew is happy with this and sees him as a great replacement for Cisse.
