If you go down to the cottage today Jol never believe your eyes, if you go down to the cottage today Jol hear the Jawdee cries, theres three from Dempsey, two from the spot the Jawdee fans have lost the plot, todays the day the Jawdees get a spanking!!!

Agree3 Disagree5

What are jawdees?

Agree3 Disagree0

Its our worst defeat of the season and every team gets beat! how many games have you lot lost? remind me! silly mackems gloating about another team that they dont support! im a mag and if nufc win i gloat! i dont gloat if a team beats sunderland cos i dont support that team! its simple really! its like bragging you have league winners and champions league winners when they didnt win them when playing for your team!

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok you lost we won simples

Shola was shocking today, and when Pardew brought Perch on when we were 4-1 down i gave up. I would have walked out the ground then and there if id been at craven cottage. Why does Pardew play Perch? Why god? WHY?!
Having said that, were still sitting a pretty 6th a point clear of liverpool!
Cant argue with our position in the table!

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Again, fickle much?!? wer not gona win every game, us = good team, not great

Believable3 Unbelievable0

I want an apology for the 2nd half. That was beyond the normal levels of awful. AND HOW THE F*** IS AMEOBI STILL STARTING?!

ToonArmyJames

Agree1 Disagree0

Geordie babies, what happened to defo gonna finish in the champs league? Bubble burst part 2? and also a HIGH 5 2 FULHAM

Agree1 Disagree1

Nobody on here has ever said we gonna get CL spot. We only ever said we got a chance of top 6 finish if all goes well. Every team will get a spanking at some point it's a given.

We are vulnerable to counter attack. . . todays lesson, anyway a loss for liverpool means we keep our place . . . .iToon

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Krul needs to pass the ball out not keep hoofballing up to Shola and Best. We just end up losing the ball and get hit on the counter,so so frustrating to watch that.

Agree3 Disagree1

If your vunerable to the counter attack just wait until march the 3rd coz sunderland are good on the counter

Agree2 Disagree3

Aye maybe so but you forgetting two things, BA and Cisse. They will tie you in knots and you know it. Feeling scared yet smb.

Well ben arfa are best player again. We just need to forget about today the ref must have taken a back hander at half time as he was shocking in the second half

Believable3 Unbelievable1

One pena which I'll admit probs wasn't but what about the other 4 goals fulham scored, 1 a defo pena and the others were good goals, it's all excuses with you geordies, champs league?? no chance, 9 points and we coming to get ya SGBS!

Agree2 Disagree3

Boring! You smb! Heard it all before. March 3rd, ba n cisse coming for you!

Agree1 Disagree1

You will be close to the bottom half by then, march 3rd is when the true top dogs put you arrogant geordie fools in their place, Martin O'neills Red and White army

Agree0 Disagree1

Pardwew stated today he doesnt put the loss down to the ref,but to the players poor reaction.just take it on the chin.

Agree0 Disagree0

These sunderland muppets make me laugh. remember the start of the season when they were saying "you have got rid of your best players, and ya buying players with no prem lge exp. then we went to the stade de sh**e and put them in there place. this will happen again because we will always be bigger than sunderland ie: when we were playing in the championship we played sheff wed maybe 3 games in at home on a wednesday night ,we had 44,000 at sjp, sunderland played if a remember right chelsea and got 41,000 the night before .yous will never be as big as us,so enjoy the shade smbs

Agree1 Disagree0

No just up to 6 thousand of us sunderland fans were at the darlo match yesterday i was one of them, doing my bit to help one of our clubs. If you added them to the sunderland crowd yesterday they would of been 44k at the sol.

Agree0 Disagree1

Up to 6,000 smb`s at the Darlo match? STRANGE, there was only 5,000 and odds there. Are ALL muckems as thick as you muppet?

Agree1 Disagree0

They never went there to help Darlo but to watch a better quality of footie than they used too lol.

on my way back from fulham now what a waste of money cant belive i came down here cost me a whole weeks wages im gutted pardew needs to sort it out dont know what we are gunna do with out ba and cisse for the next few games

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Apart from ya money theres no real damage done is there. all top half teams that played today go beat, so its just pride,

Agree2 Disagree0

Pardew out now no tactics at all

Agree1 Disagree7

If a couple of weeks ago, someone give you the option - beat Man Utd by 3 goals, or lose against fulham by 3 goals, which one would you choose??

Agree1 Disagree0

But the point is whats the point in spanking Man Utd if you give up the ghost to Fulham!

Agree3 Disagree0

Our fans are dreamers, expecting to win every game!

Agree3 Disagree0

Geordie arrogance in full swing, bout time someone stuffed you lot and put you in your place, your not good enough for europe or champs league, SAFC are coming to get you

Agree4 Disagree4

It wont be you lot doing the stuffing, you will always be weaker than us

Agree2 Disagree1

Geordie arrogance eh, two words mate Ba , Cisse .

Bubble two ?

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Funny... but makes little sense, one loss or win doesn't a season make. horrible result, but its one game.

The less said about today the better.... i am off football or football sites this weekend, after this. Don't want or care to hear what happened or what AP has to say about that performance, we folded like a cheap tent! Poor very poor.

yet again poor refereeing costs newcastle some points, Fulham never stood a chance in the game until this imaginary penaly :S, was definatly outside the box so a freekick should have been given. I wonder how much it will cost Mike Ashley in this transfer window to get the referees on our side for a chance. We seem to have 0 decisions go our way except for the penalty at old trafford, then we have chelsea who get away with luiz not getting a red, sunderland handball on the line, and now this penalty just to name a few. Isnt it about time newcastle had some luck... mind dont you think many teams would be afraid of us if we had some luck, were still 7th in the league with decisions going against us all the time, just imagine where we could be.

its just a shame, you think the last of our budget would do it or would we need to flog tiote to aford to be able to pay them off...

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Are you for real ?
QPR battered you at their place.
Gosling tipped Everton goal round the post.
Barton got Gervinho sent off.
Wolves battered you at their place.
You've had more luck than any team I know as everything goes your way.
Apparently, it evens itself out so expect more bad luck to even you up into mid table ! DREAMER !

Agree4 Disagree4

Hold on ,after the man utd (away)pen we have had no luck

Agree1 Disagree1

Exactly right cant believe it there is a good manager and a lucky manager and youve got the first one up till today that is

Agree1 Disagree0

Swings and roundabouts....every team in the league has its own list of refereeing mistakes, they all claim to be hard done too! part and parcel mate.

Agree1 Disagree0

Toon fan, but how can anyone say it wasnt a pen, remember the ref gets one look! no replays no nowt, take it on the chin move on

Agree1 Disagree0

Agreed shocking ref santon and krul should have been sent off

Agree1 Disagree1

To the person of the post
"Are you for real ?

1. QPR might have battered us at their place, but they cannot score, thats not luck just poor finishing team
2. tipping a goal round the post = good positioning not luck, its hard work
3. barton getting gervinho sent off for a slap, bartons reaction was ott. but it was the right decision not luck
4. again when we played wolves like qpr they were not scoring

no of those are relating to luck, but hard work and dedication. please think things through before entering something stupid you SMB

Agree1 Disagree0

Firstly santon should not have been, simmo was all but on line, and the decision for a yellow was given in relation to the first foul on Andy J on the half way line, even still the 2nd where he went down was a good 30/35 yards out, ref got that right. as for the krul 1 the ball was more than what the rules say for ball possention (2yards) to the lad who got brought down (cant remember who it was), plus colo wascloser to the ball than the lad when he went down, not saying it wasnt a foul in the box just justifying the correct decisions made by the ref

Agree0 Disagree0

Didnt gosling handle the ball?

Agree0 Disagree1

Santon 2 bookable offences within 10 seconds mate should have been red

Agree0 Disagree1

You only get booked for 1 in a single passage of play

Gutted and shocking, that performance. I have never seen such a dominant and abysmal performance in one game. I cant really think of much more to say... embarrassing.

21 Jan 2012 16:39:34
I must agree that Pardew has done a fantastic job BUT he must start trying different line ups and tactics which has proved again today,he just hasnt got in his locker. To play 2 big, plodding, lacking effort, pace and skill up front,Ameobi and Best, against 2 massive ctr backs,Hangaland and Senderos, was a massive mistake and it has been proved by our thrashing. If he has to pick one because of numbers, fair enough, but play with 5 in midfield or a quick player alongside. Im 51 and i would cope playing against them 2 !!!!!!!!

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Agree totally , i reckon Ameobi has used up all his 9 lives now ,he's gotta go, no threat up front at all.Shame as everyone wanted to see goal number 50.

Agree3 Disagree0

21 Jan 2012 16:37:34
Well that was an interesting 2nd half.. Played into fulhams hands.. With two slow cb why play so high.. Ameobi needs to pull his finger out of his fat Ashley.. Ba would've has 3 in 1st half

Believable3 Unbelievable2

I thought Colo was a brill centre back? so fickle your fans, who knows maybe he might leave

Agree1 Disagree0

21 Jan 2012 14:56:10
great... theres an ACON january 2013 too

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Indeed, it's because of the world cup in south Africa. but i don't see why because they are all going to have world cup qualifiers in that year too.

Seriously lads what's the big deal about signing cisse...don't get me wrong he's a good player and a great signing and wouldve loved to have got him but its not like we (safc) were ever in contest to get his signature when his good friend and fellow countryman plays for the other team. Its not like he picked newcastle over sunderland because of his loyalty to yous...why would he care about our rivalry? Once again a great signing though

Believable0 Unbelievable0

So y did he say he was flattered by interest from sunderland and would you really come out and say if he was a target once he signed for you local rivals down the road cos if it was me a would of done the same and said we where never in for him so to safe a bit face with fans

Agree0 Disagree0

Sour grapes

Agree1 Disagree1

Agree with first post, good comments, wether we wanted him or not(dont think we did),you have him and good luck, thats football, move on.
