Now you have had a few months to have a look at McClaren, what is your assessment? Do you think he has it in him to lift the team out of their present situation?

Personally I rate him as a coach, but not a head coach or tactician. He has no idea how to motivate players, in my opinion, which is why the players struggled to get going initially.
