I really think we should go into the south American market. Argentina for strikers and defenders, Brazil for rising stars such as quick and skillful players. Columbia they've got some young talent. Suggestions? Brazil have two wingers called Kelvin and maikon liete, both very quick and skillful. Columbia have a wingers called fabian castillo who currently plays for Dallas. Watched them all and they look very promising.

While South America has produced some of the world's best talents, the problem is with getting work permits for them.

The scouting need to be start from now to the summer for are development squad to be better and we need to scouts in north America ( usa, Mexico), central america (honduras, costa rica), south America (brazil, argentina), african (nigeria, ivory coast and morocco), europe (all over), asia (australia, japan, china) looking at player of the age of 16-21.

So in your view if we go around the world we will find good players. Honestly I don't think anyone has thought of that before

Totally agree, don't want all of our youth to come from Holland. Brazil, argentina and Columbia have some great future stars. We should defo go into their markets.

What I like most about this post is the example of countries in said territory in brackets. It does strike me as a little imprecise all round.

Blimey we would need a thousand scouts! we only need a couple a season and a couple of big first teamers, (sissoko, etc) otherwise all just bored hanging around for years plus wages. two major strikers a must for next year plus collo replacement

From the country that I post the game we need to look out for new player for the development squad are the age of 16-18 and if there would home-growth.

I think the more sensible thing would be to cast our net further out in europe rather than try to take over the world.
We're in France and Holland at the moment, would like us to take a look at Belgium Denmark and Scandinavia plus a few more.

I really don't think Newcastle would go to places like that. For one the cost of most players from South America (any good ones) aren't going to be cheap.

Holland is where they will go, or Spain. You think about France, and it has a 75% high earners tax, its fairly easy to convince a player on £20,000 a week to come to England you could pay them still £20,000 and the player will still be banking more.

Spain is going to do the same, they are going for a 50% high earners tax. The Spanish market will be the next best one to hit, you just need to be sensable with the players you are after.

So that's a no we won't be signing Messi or Ronaldo
