Hi I am a mackem but work for newcastle council, not here to have a go at nufc but to have a go at fatty ashley.

I work in the rent department for council properties on tyneside and at Xmas as some of you will know you get two weeks free rent.

Sorting through the paperwork today and newcastle have applied for two weeks free rent on the sports direct arena, tight b**tard, nufc have never done this before.

Under sir john hall they would pay it and ask us to donate it to charity which we did.

Is there money troubles?or is he that tight?.

Newcastle Council DO NOT own St. James Park. If you check everything out you will see that, go back into your job centre and look for some other fantasy.

Agree0 Disagree1

Newcastle have a mortgage on the sportsdirectarena@stjames stadium.Arrears are quite high and they have asked for a payment break.Rent was the wrong word to use as its a mortgage not rent, but its dealt with in the same way by the council.I am part of the team that deals with rent arrears etc and Newcastle have been paying the council to buy the stadium, well thats the problem they havnt for a while.

Agree1 Disagree0

CORRECTION Newcastle council DO own st james park as its a street where newcastle uniteds former home st james park use to be.Its the sports direct arena they do not own.

Agree0 Disagree0

The council havent owned the stadium for years as illustratred not long ago when they changed the stadium name and the town council said they wont foot the bill for changing signs around the city. plus they wouldnt be able to change name if they didnt own it! ......spenny mag

A strong rumour in the grapewine that's now connecting us to De Jong. We've been allowed to speak to De Jong and terms are supposedly agreed, still working to establish a proper fee with FC Twente.
No direct source i'm afraid, just texts and twitter through various connections connections ;)

Heard this morning on Talk Sport that Podolski could be available in January for less than 10 million. Probably loads of teams interested in him. Bit what do you all think for the toon?.

Believable0 Unbelievable4

We've got no chance.

Agree5 Disagree0

Champions league team will come in for him!

Hi Ed what do think of a cheeky bid for Jesus Navas of Seville watched him against Real Madrid he is positive and puts over some great crosses, miles better than Obertan on the right. Would also like us to bid for Defoe (unlikely, but we could offer regular games and would be a great foil for Demba Ba) or Geroud. Maybe an early bid for Cahill and Taiwo on loan. We could then be challenging for 6th or 7th this season which would be a great stepping stone for next season {Ed001's Note - he has severe homesickness, while he has had treatment (which is why he was able to go away with Spain to South Africa for the World Cup, prior to treatment he sometimes used to be unable to even play away games for Sevilla!) it would still be a huge risk.}

HA HA 6th or 7th
Alan Pardew is a poor manager who always starts well at a club then everything goes to pot and he gets sacked.
For examples please see West Ham,Charlton and Southhampton.

Judging by the stalemate at the sports direct arena last saturday i'd say your luck has ran out. You wont sign anyone in january, (that kid who failed a medical.....Ashley's smoke and mirrors i'm afraid) if you recieve any offers for Collochini, Tiote or Krull Mike ashley will sell them.
Just a little dose of reality for you all, 6th or 7th indeed HAHA HAHA HAHA HAHA

Agree4 Disagree6

Haha sunderland are heading for relagation

Agree3 Disagree3

Tell you someone i would love for toon to try and get in, nathan redmond, seen him a couple of times for birmingham and one hell of a player

Agree2 Disagree1

Ok big shot, lets get together and have a little wager? Toon finish at least 10 points ahead of muckems? Dont come on saying `` ok i will`` when you know for a fact you are full of sh8t. Stick to watching your village team fight to avoid relegation son and do as your mammy says, santa is due.

Agree5 Disagree4

Do ye not realise santa is real he dresses in red and white what do ye tell your kids there is no santa cos he wears red and white sunderland might not finnish above the sgbs but will def get within 10 points as we can only improve where as newcastle can only get worse. anyway happy xmas all and i think both sets of fans will see a few goings and comings in january and if ye wish hard enough that santa in red and white might get ye a new striker

Agree0 Disagree0

What do newcastle fans, sunderland fans and middlesborough fans all have in common?

there all obsessed with newcastle!

Agree4 Disagree3

Safc will get no where near ten points to the toon! theyve barely managed that now after 15 or 16 games and will still be struggling at end of season and oneil as no money to spend!

Agree0 Disagree0

I believe that's on 10 points already boy!

If Colocinni does go to Liverpool I hope not but it wouldn't suprise me we should try and get Martin Kelly on loan until the Summer.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Martin kelly is a full back no? would be useless to us if he can't play cb. {Ed001's Note - he was a centre back until Liverpool had no right back available and he was asked to play there. Though he plays better, in my opinion, at right back.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Plays CB for England U21's.

Agree0 Disagree0

Id ask for jonjo shelvey cos that lads flying and looks a star in the making! not a defender but a good young player who fits with nufc club structure! wouldnt let him go tho if was down to me! heard that we could be approaching spurs for bassong tho!.....Spenny mag
