all this talk of andy carrol cumin bak is rubbish it wud be nice to see him comit his furture to newcastle but its just not gunna happen we hav demba ba and a few othas on the way who needs carrol :)

Is anyone else sick of hearing that we haven’t played anyone of the big teams yet? Who cares! I don’t care if we get beat against Man U, Man C or Chelsea as not many teams will get points off them anyway. I am happier that we are beating teams like Wigan, Stoke, Blackburn to be honest as in our past its teams like that we would drop points to. At the start of the season I had hoped that we finished in the top half of the table and maybe go for one of the cups, now I think it is realistic that we can finish in the top 8 and possibly have a good FA cup run. I was not happy about Pardew when he was appointed, but I wouldn’t change anything right now, I wouldn’t even see the need to buy another striker at the moment. My only concern is if Collo got injured as he has been by far Newcastle’s best player so far!
I would say that arsenal and tottenham are big teams. DP

Agreed, the future seems bright, without Nile Ranger sullying the waters. Heard fantastic things about JJ Hooper and Adam Campbell is apparently one of our hottest prospects in years. Get rid of him, surely there are grounds for dismissal given past problems etc.

Our reserves are as bright as the current team mate, also alot of the reserves are very young, Michael Richardson looks like a promising attacking midfielder to learn from cabaye.
