Jonas is not a left back he needs to be on the left wing yes he might play the odd game there but if we want to progress we need the best players in the best positions...cant remember ever seeing Benarfa on the left

from a mackem nice to see all geordie fans applauding for 60 seconds for muamba nice touch my only gripe is on sky sports they showed newcastle players in a line applauding as it panned along the line there was one player not clapping dont know why who was this person surely he can give up 60 seconds of his precious time to applaud a fellow proffessional who is fighting for his life hope he is ashamed of himself

Thats disgusting, Sir Bobby was a legend to ALL football fans. If they ever put up a statue to Delia it deserves the same! They are not true football fans!

Have to say even as a Sunderland I don't understand how people can say your win was lucky. It maybe wasn't pretty but I don't really think Norwich had you under any pressure with exception of 1 header. Only one team deserved the points

Ye im sunderland and think the same about sundays game i will be going out and paying my mates who i backed for us to be top dogs this week as we cant catch you now but i would like to see you lads stick on and get a place in europe as you have had a good season and im hoping we can get to the fa cup final and also get into europe would be great for the north east to get both clubs into europe in the same season good luck lads

can t reall fault anyone yesterday tbh everyone had a solid performance and just never stopped working...even more so giuterrez and cabaye their work rate yesterday was brilliant. Really happy with cisse this kid is just rapid and his finishing is brilliant. think one of the mor positive things tocome out of last few games are that were getting goals from other players now. and i dont know what pardews been puttin in sholas apples but he played class

Did you watch the game... guthrie was awful, gave the ball away too much, williamson was dreadful he is a championship defender at best we need another defender to play back up to saylor or be in starting line up, cabaye had a poor game untill he was put through centre

How can you say he created nothing, he created at least 4 very good goal scoring oppurtunities, for example cisses in on goal within the 1st 2 mins and the demba ba cross tht the keeper just gets a tip to. and his running wasnt aimless, he worked hard tracked back and provided cover for guitterez

We can all say Cisse is good, but with the chances he had, he should have got a hatrick tbh, the two he missed were the easier ones lol.

If the league ended as it is today and Liverpool would end up facing either Chelsea or Tottenham in the FA cup final. Would we get the europa league spot or would cardiff get it? {Ed001's Note - the Carling Cup runners up don't get the spot any more, it goes to the League placings.}
