To let HBA go because Pardew can not communicate with him is like Gazza Best and other natural players being shown the door
Pardew has had problems his whole management career with good players and when you consider Obertans was his choice if an incoming player (possibly only 1 of 2) it shows his accument
This lad needs someone who Newcastle obviously do not have to work with him and bring out his great talent week in week out
