If as you say " think all safc care what happens up the road" why are you on a NUFC page? Proof that actually you do care and jealous of the fact that we will always be the number 1 club in the North East to the footballing world!

Did Kazenga Lua Lua sign for brighton or is it still just a loan?

Im not talking about how much u get from winning or how far u get in the competition you muppets. im refering to prize money for premier league position that comes with qualifying, tv revenues, ticket sales, sponsorship etc

You need to put more thought into " you get 10 million for winning it " no one said that. However if you think about the extra games you will get gate receipts, merchandising, prize money etc. Depending how far you get it all adds up. {Ed017's Note - For winning the Europa Lg Final is roughly £3m.Losing finalist £2m. But with merchandise, advertising, media revenue etc.. it is a decent sum)

Thanx for clarifying that ed didnt think it woz anywhere near 10 mill . when you put things into perspective i think the best things that cud happen to both north east teams this season wud be to finish as high as possible without qualifying for europe so that we both could put a SQUAD together to make an assault on europe next season ! i no this mite sound a bit negative but wen you consider the amount of extra games you hav to play i dont think either north east team has the squad to cope at the moment ! {Ed017's Note - I can understand that, but I think we can cope with the extra fixtures now with good youngsters coming through and a strong bench with everyone fit. I miss the competion but when it was in the UEFA cup format.)

Newcastle have become pretty shrewd dealers in the recent windows.. Pardew & co know how to get the business done without a big press tent..

Looks that way and tbh you cant knock ashley for his buisness sense even though we would all like big money signings but look at chelsea with cahill even they will not be held to ransom..
