Adebeyour on a free?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

He would be 4th choice behind Cisse, Remy and Gouffran, plus high wages.

Tottenham were stupid to sign him, we would be stupider to take a Man City mistake, passed on to Tottenham then passed on to us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bit like Shola has one good game in a millennium. Keep well away.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cisse would not get in any other Premiership team. He is simply hopeless & will cost us games we NEED a striker

Agree0 Disagree0

Cisse is not useless wait and see he will make you eat your words.

Agree0 Disagree0

Been waiting over a year and a half,, he ain't getting any younger too,

Agree0 Disagree0

Cisse would not be on any other Oremiership team his goal scoring is bad 10 games no goals But his control of a ball played to him is pathetic
Hi long you want to wait another 10 games. Geez

Agree0 Disagree0

Remy on left, arfa on right, cabaye behind, why should the final ball be bad,, is just him off side, or over the bar,, get rid,

Oh who'd be a mackem! 1 point 12 new signings 1 manager 1 sandwich short of a picnic? Oh who'd be a mackem?
J Wishbone jnr
Benwell (posh-end)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'd b a mackem, things will come good, fair do's, you've won two games, you lot were he'll bent on protesting Ashley and pardew out, now they're the best thing since sliced bread, I'm proud to support Sunderland know matter what and you should b with your team not supporting them because you've a couple of games, remember it's a long season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Po' Mackems. I sho' does feel sorry for them. LOL

Agree0 Disagree0

I still want Ashley out. That will never change a bit like your current plight.

Agree0 Disagree0

Where are the mackems getting this idea that because we've started winning games we want Ashley and JFK? The wins are down to the players playing well and Pardew finally using some good tactics. No-one is saying that Ashley and JFK should be given credit.

Agree0 Disagree0

We are content,
We knew that we wouldn't have a belter of a start but things will turn good, you'll see, yeah we should have one Fulham, should of held on against Southampton and we were robbed from the Arsenal Game but its all par if football, we all have the faith

Agree0 Disagree0

Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Keep your excuses. Your a poor team heading for relegation except it.

Ba's chelsea move turning out well. Think Jose hasa screw loose. Etto was nowt special against us in europa match

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I do not rate any of the Chelsea strikes, including Ba.

Lukaku on the other other hand is excellent.

And what was Mourinho doing playing Mikel and Schurlle against Everton. I do not understand it.

Here we go again JT. Geez stop your flippin gobbin and watch what happens. 12m spent is 2013 is DISGRACEFUL and the whole picture will unfold as it goes along STOP looking at the first page. Enjoy it but
wake up.

Zeus: If anyone needed convincing that you're a mean, small-minded individual they just have to read this post. Why have a go at someone just for being a wee bit happy about the situation so far? You don't have a monopoly of intelligence, and your forecasts of doom are becoming a little hysterical. Lay off the personal attacks and stick to sensible comments if you can. Vic

Agree0 Disagree0

Not being funny Vic but you've commented on this forum before saying people have made stupid statements and attacking them for being negative. Take your own advice. Zeus I think JT is just basking in the glory, nothing wrong with that. I am at the moment too. Although I do expect us to struggle when injuries kick in.

Agree0 Disagree0

Zeus: so you don't mind dishing it out, calling people pathetic, plonkers and fools, but you can't take it? That's why I call you mean-spirited, etc. There's no need for you to be insulting to make your point. Vic

Agree0 Disagree0

JToon's inane positivity is grating though, you have to admit. I like to think of myself as positive fan - and dare I hope that we'll be safely in this league come May? - but it seems to be mistake upon mistake upon mistake.

Agree0 Disagree0

Zeus: there you are, you can do it! I agree that over-optimism can be a turn-off, but everybody who comes on here wants the best for NUFC, and it's hard to keep your pecker up with Ashley and Kinnear in charge. Vic

Sunderland getting thrashed by arsenal was the icing on the cake, don't care if they say they were cheated out the game because arsenal should of been 3 or 4-0 up in the first half

Believable0 Unbelievable0

So arsenal were 4-0 up at half time, must've missed that. We put the ball in the back of the net fairly, you can't play against 12 men!
Still wouldn't want to be a horse puncher!
Liono74 ftm

Agree0 Disagree0

Reading not your strong point Lino. It says Arsenal should have 3 or 4 up before half time. 12 men? Always looking for excuses. Outplayed, outclassed, long season ahead for you lot.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sarcasm clearly not your strong point. If they should have had 3 or 4 they would have! My point was we had the ball in the back of the net when an advantage should have been given. The good news however is we are really starting to click and all sunderland fans are looking forward to us fulfilling our potential. Whereas your " fans " are trying to boycott games and generally spreading negativity.
Pleased I'm not a geordie.
Liono74

Agree0 Disagree0

Nothing sarcastic about the post simple guiding in the right direction as to what the original comment meant before you tried to be clever ad shoot him down. Sunderland starting to click? Yep you really are starting to click. Outplayed and outclassed in every game you have played so far and now the toys are out PDC prams. Yep really clicking. Should change Sunderland's name to Atlas as you will be holding up the PL all season.

Agree0 Disagree0

It was me that was being sarcastic, I really don't think that we have been outclassed for a full game yet. We have good fitness and self belief and things will come right for us. We have decent cover for most positions now which we didn't last season. Can you say the same. 2 good results do not a season make!
Liono74 ftm

Agree0 Disagree0

Who says 2 games makes a season? We are not the one's on foreign soil trying to justify our teams start. That's is you lot. We don't care what Sunderland is doing. We know we have a very good 11 and any injuries will see us struggle. We are not deluded unlike you lot who can't see that you have a very average side who has been beaten by 2 teams who will scrapping it out to stay in the PL.

Sunderland=14 signings (altidore the new heskey)-1 draw and 3 losses-20th
Newcastle=1 signing-1 draw 1 loss and 2 wins-8th

Believable0 Unbelievable0

To be fair, altidore is no heskey. he may not become a 20 goal a season striker but 6m will rarely buy you a 20 a season striker. he'll be decent for them.
what can we say about cisse, who seems to be running about aimlessly these days. looks a fraction of the player we thought he'd be.

Agree0 Disagree0

Played well against a poor side in villa lucky win against Fulham lucky to get a draw off West Ham United and butchered by man city. 3 sides in Fulham West Ham United and villa who will all be in the bottom half of the league come may

I bet everyone loved seeing that attacking fluid 433 formation yesterday. I think if we carry on using that we could expect to see a lot of goals! But I think for the Hull game, Cisse needs to be benched, remy start up front and gouffy left wing. Then cisse can come back on as a sub or in the next game then hopefully he'll be motivated to do better and show us his true ability. And I still think Anita should get the nod over Tiote.

But the team is really starting to gel now and they're improving, I don't care if we've got no English players, as long as the boys are bonding and doing well and using English terms! And maybe it's a blessing in disguise that we only signed one player on loan, it could give the players a motivation to do well and show us they are players who can reach the heights of top six. But still we need kinnear out and a new director who can work on a shoestring budget but still bring in gems along with graham Carr, and someone who actually has the business mind unlike joke kinnear.

Also, brilliant interview by Ben Arfa on MOTD! I think he loves the Geordies and the club hopefully he will sign a new contract.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I agree with rotating Cisse to get the best out of him. He has played every single competitive game he has been fit for.

Agree0 Disagree0

So with pards saying he may deploy the 433 more often. where does that put our hunt for a winger (ince)?

Agree0 Disagree0

If Marveaux was the same age as Ince, English and playing in the Championship, he would be probably be considered the next big thing too.

Ince is heavily overrated.
