The plan fact is Pardew will start the same eleven if fit. For the record i don't agree he should (we looked a little shaky last time out) just continue riding the same guys until a loss, it's not good management. He needs to be continuously looking to strengthen the side. If that means introducing one or two of the more gifted players off the bench, than thats what should be done.

Spurs are a different beast from Wolves or QPR. Pardew cant be seen standing still and riding a line up he picked a month ago, made up of the only options he had at the time. The players like R Taylor and Best have done a wonderful job (as has the manager) to this point, but they were holding down those spots for the injured or new more talented players (Ben Arfa, Santon).

It's time for Pardew to show some more skill and courage as a manager and get these players into the mix now! Or you run the risk of these players going flat on the bench, and when we need them the wont be sharp enough. R.Taylor and Best are better suited to play from the bench than a player like Ben Arfa.

Regardless I am fully behind whichever 11 take to the field Sunday!!
