Heard we played some neat football last night (friendly I know) Darlow/Lascelles/Williamson all playing out the back, SDJ says there's been a style change where we try to retain the ball better. 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 and 4-2-4 formations were all used with very fluid football.

Finally starting to get excited for the new season. Also welcome to nufc Wijnaldum

Neat football Man it was against non league
Passing and scoring should be straight forward
Wait 2 weeks and see what these Clowns actually do
And IF they bring in any other Qualiity players

Just being optimistic vida, under pardew/carver we couldn't play any neat football at all.

Winjaldum official. We have the horse! Seriously though this lad looks like he could be a Rob Lee type of signing. His running and shooting remind me of Rob Lee in his prime.
I would say this is an impressive pece of business, he would look formidable with sissoko partnering him in the middle and them rotating the 10 position in games.

He's a great little player. Top class, exactly what we need. Would be happy with 3 more signings in Matíp, Shaqiri and Mitrovic
