why are there so many pro ashley supporters on here.i know hundreds of nufc supporters and not one has a good word to say about him.are they being paid to poison our minds.
even his wife doesnt like him

Toon surpporters not f.c.b surporters we all want rid of him but hes not going to go quickly so we need to back the lads on the pitch because they represnt us and to keep the smbs quite

Because some people can take the blinkers off and see the bigger picture. Answer me this, where would we be now if he hadn't taken over?

Impossible to say as someone else could of took us over and cleared our debt.

Can i say something i thought if you went to games you are a supporter if you just follow the team your a fan...to support is to put money in the clubs coffers

dose anyone think jose wouldnt be as gd for liverpool as he was for us a mean watching alot of the games last session and everytime jonas was taken off his games always started to go down hill think alot to do with jose playing so well was because of the partnaship him a jonas had wat do u guys think

Newcastle always try to sign top players, top players don't want to play for Newcastle. Newcastle is a mid table club. We must bevery happy with cabaye and ben arfa. I'm dutch and Eric Pieters is ?† very bad defender. H?® is very slow.

And yes, we should have £50 million plus to spend, but this has been hampered by the excesive over spending of the past, that led to huge debts. Debts that need to be paid off. If we were do go and spend in the manner that some fans would like, we would be back to square one very quickly, with the threat of no club to support........so forgive me for not falling in line with your way of thinking, i just think that you are very wrong.

pardew waffled on about how the 35 million was being spent on the team he said that part of the money was going on an excellent contract for enrique which worked out at 50000 a week for 5 years,which comes to roughly 13.000.000 million. now as enrique has not signed does that mean we will get that money to spend. NOT A F***ING CHANCE

No, we won't. However there are wages to pay, and that money could go on 2 players over 3/4 year contracts.
Why does some 'fans' think that every penny of every player sale, and the wages saved should be spent on a new player.
I know how we can pay for new players, lets spend all the sponsorship money we have not yet received. I'm sure it will be fine, it's not like we'll nearly go bust and get relegated.................oh, hang on.

Soz mate but we havnt spent nowt we are in credit in the transfer market and these guys go back on there word all the time,am not saying get the club hocked up with debt but it would be nice just to push the boat out just once

Pardew did not say it would be spent on players he said " he had been assured by MA that the money would be invested in the club".That didn't mean it all had to be spent on transfers (despite right now we have 5 in, more to follow),improving existing players contracts (example Tiote)
and clearly has been used to overcome a problem that hampered us, frozen training pitches during the actic spell last winter.Wise up, the money has been spent well, not frittered away on money grabbing,over hyped players

We all know, so enrique will be in for a shock when they get relegated. lol. No but they def won't get CL.

If you believed the champions league rubbish, you'll believe anything. He said that, as champions league clubs tend to spend a lot on wages. What he really meant to say is.......i'll go to any club willing to pay me a lot more. At least it would be honesty for a change.
I can't wait for the LFC house of cards to come tumbling down. No champions league next season, and the £100 million + that they have spent will be a millstone around their necks. In swoop the vultures for their best players, and relegation the season after.

As a LFC supporter I wondered if someone could give me their thoughts on Enrique. IS he a good player?

And here's hoping a club like yours finally gets rid of Cashley and you get an owner the fans deserve in someone who shows the same passion for the team and city as the fans and not somoene who is just there to try and make a profit

With £41mill from Liverpool alone you would of thought he would of given Pardew a lot more of the money

He's a top notch left back mate, you got a bargain for £6m. He would quite easily have been at home in the Barca team, it's a travesty he's not in the Spain team, no doubt he will be called up next month now he plays for a big name team.
gutted to see him leave, but he never wanted to stay so we had to cash in.

I would say he is the second best Left back in the Premiership behind Cole and on par with Baines. Great going foward and defending also has alot of pace which gets him out of trouble I'd say the weakness in his game is he plays himself into trouble quite alot trying to be clever instead of doing the simple thing.

Aparently they have money to spend still just got rid of Mccarney he was a big earner and malbranques wages freed up,they will make a big signing.

Not to mention Nosworthy, Angeleri and possibly Ferdinand and Gordon, we have money just need some players to get off the wage bill then should possibly get Krankjar on loan and one good striker as we need cover for Gyan when he goes to the african cup of nations in jan. I expect newcastle to make a couple of signings, a left back and another striker, don't think you will get Bendtner as he won't go for less than 10m, Long has gone to west brom, erdnic is staying at PSG, Pardew needs to act fast I think

I've got a bad feeling about this Enrique deal to Liverpool going through just as Shane Ferguson starts training again and is expected to be fit for the Arsenal game I hope we,re not planning on relying on him as our LB don't get me wrong I'm a huge fan of this kid he has great ability and an incredible attitude towards the game but I prefer him as a LM and it's a huge amount of pressure to fill Jose's boots on young shoulders.
Also the fact that PSV have said they want to keep Peiters.

with tavernier going out on loan it doesn't look like we've got any real cover seen as ferguson is out injured. surely something must be in place in terms of a replacement before the arsenal game

Guys I was watching the Scotland game last night and was really impressed with Danny Wilson at left centre back. He is left footed and what I like about him was he wasn't hoofing the ball upfield at every opportunity. (like a lot of Scottish defendres)

Instead he got the ball down and passed and also because he is left footed it gave the defensive line better balance than usual.

My point here is we are short on cover at the back and I can't see him getting a game for Liverpool just now. There have been noises of a loan deal to Rangers but I think we should get in there and maybe sort out a loan, especially if they are still in talks with us for Enrique.

You never know, Liverpool might be interested in selling and I think he could be one for the future.
