How do people feel about us trying to sign Shinji Kagawa on loan in january should he continue to be left on the sidelines at united? he would add creativity that we need so much

I personally think at the moment we need to try and force joe kinnear out first before Ashley. He was our director of football and did not do a good job, the reason why, he lacks the business mind. Ashley may of given him and Carr a set budget of even about 10m, to find "graham Carr gems" the problem with that, Carr was undermined by joe kinnear. Kinnear could not get the best deals for any players, and would not approve of Carr's scouted players who have gone under the radar (like your tiote's, your cabaye's, your ba's)
When we had Llambias, pardew, Carr it would be them 3 Siting round a table and would agree on a player that either Alan pardew or graham Carr scouts, Llambias and other representatives would then phone the club and would work the business where we get the best value for money for the player, this is where we miss Llambias, he had the business mind to get the best deals.

Hopefully kinnear will be sacked before January and we will appoint a director of football who knows his football and has a good business mind. Alfred Finnbogasson would be a good start for around 3-7m.

Targeting Kinnear is exactly what Ashley wants. It is probably why he was hired in the first place. Ashley isn't stupid and will know that he will come under fire for certain decisions, so he went out and hired somebody to take all the flack.
