So the rumour is that Santon is going to Inter on loan. Utter madness. We only have 2 fit centre backs and neither of them is playing well (Willo is not capable playing well) so the only other player we have apart from untried kids that can play there is Dummet. SO what happens when inevitably Haidara gets injured and Dummet has to play in the centre? Utter utter madness unless we are bringing in another CB which of course we will not be. Also what if Janmaat gets injured who plays right back when Santon could?Why do it? If Santon is not happy on the bench tough poo, he has to wait for his opportunity which surely will come. If we are cash rich there is no need to get him off the books. Utter Utter Utter madness.

Its more than madness, its a disgrace. If it's true what his lass said that he rejected the first offer from Inter, and the club forced him out. Santon may have had bad days, but he's something like 23/24, so he will definitely get better and he was clearly settled here and seemed to love it and have a passion for us.

I got no problem with santon going if it frees up a squad place for a new CB in, trouble is it we won't get a CB.
